Hi Y'all
Well here's another mess that needs to be defeated, H.R. 45 Blair Holt's Firearm Licensing and Record of Sale Act brought to us by none other than U.S. Rep. IL. Bobby Rush (D) (former? Black Panther)who's used the breaking of law's (murder,assault with a deadly weapon)and loss of life, Blair Holt's; who's selfless act is being used to propose new laws. Rep. Bobby Rush (D) spits on Blair Holts grave with this proposed law that the teenage shooter (yet another few law's on the books to wit: underage possession of a handgun, possession of stolen property,weapon on a school bus and let's not forget the lovely Chi town laws) would'nt and did'nt follow anyhow. I'll post a link for the bill.

Well seems like a blast from the past, just a redo of H.R. 2666 from our friends from the Lake Region who think all guns are EVIL .
Let's make sure we get word to our Rep's and friends to defeat this bill before it comes onto the floor.

Blair Holt was referred to committe in Feb 09, has no sponsers and lots of enemies. Almost no chance of ever coming to a vote.

Please refrain from posting this rubbish. I've received it in my e mail about once a week since last November, along with assorted exhortations and untruths about its purported effects and imminence.

It's been in committee since it was introduced and will die in there, just like every other time it's been mooted. Even the most die hard Democrat has no wish to commit political suicide by being associated with this thing.
