SP-01 Steel Guide Rod

Hey guys!  Are these easy to install?  Will they work with the SP-01 Tactical?

42A CZ 75 Stainless Steel Guide Rod

They are shiny :)

The stock plastic one is much easier to use IMO. The SS ones takes a little fidgeting to install, especially with the stock flat wire spring.

Do holes have to be drilled on the slide?  Hopefully not. :)
