it is an SW38 (bullet size is smaller than your 38 spl) top-break revo in excellent condition 1800's roll mark present with original leather holster. glad you like it!  ;)

got them from the exclusive distributors of CZ here in Manila,Philippines. store's name "Countermeasures."
