From the pictures I have seen, Multi-Cam may be the most versatile pattern available. I would like to see some pictures comparing Multi-Cam to the Atacs pattern. The other patterns I like I made by Sitka Gear, though I don't have any real world experience with them because they are wicked expensive.

Actually, yes it does look cool. So does Czech Republic desert camo, which I've also been trying to get. :)

That's been reborn in a lot of different colors, and some people love it. 8)

Good ideas all around. I've found that outline breaking is more important than pattern or coloration.

I agree!  That's why Predator has always been one of my favorite's.

Here's a good read on it.

I'd say best as in most effective I've seen (or not seen lol) is Multicam, however ATACS is equally as effective as far as I can tell. Until it is fielded by a notable military or LEO unit I'd lean towards multicam. Now if we are talking 2nd kind of cool, I'd say ATACS Urban or ACU Urban Digital. Personally, I can't afford either so I am using a combination of woodland and my old ACU's. The ACU's suprisingly work will in the winter as they kind of blend in the the dead brush you find in abundance in the winter however when things are bright and green not so much lol.

That "Predator" is the best IMO, it follows the idea that has always made the most sense to me, that is high contrast to break the outline.

I have seen the A-TACS camo pattern and think it looks pretty nice.  Has anyone seen/bought any.  What do you think of it?
