must i adjust rear sight of a new cz85 combat?

i have finally my new cz85 combat.
the question is, must i adjust the rear sight when i shoot for the first time with the gun.

Shoot it before you adjust it.  Bring the target in close enough so you can see the hits and then zero the sights in.  Remember:  move the rear sight in the direction you want the bullet to go.  If it is hitting low, move the rear sight upward.  Hitting to the left, move the rear sight to the right.

Shoot with it for a while BEFORE you make an adjustment.  And have another experienced (hopefully good) shooter shoot it as well.  

Then make your adjustments.  It should be CLOSE from the factory.  But the ammo you shoot, your technique, how you look through the sights, etc., will all affect point of impact.
