Been reading about the issue of JHP's jamming in some CZ 97B's.  

Curious about those that had no problems with shooting JHP's without any ramp work being done & what ammo you were using?

I was reading in another Thread that somes new CZ appeared to have a Ramp improvement from Factory which made it HP friendly. Think it was Boricua's ecent post.

Anyone buy a New CZ 97B lately & find this true?

I just bought a new CZ 97B but havent shot it yet...too darn cold!!

Yes it seems that the ramps have been re-worked.  My first 97 had a steep drop off at the beggining of the ramp.  My second one does not have this and seems to be pitched to the left.  Mine loads all H.P. I put in it.  I did not have to do any work on this one. Well just stuff to make it user friendly and cool that is.

Mine is stamped 04 so should be ok.  Just picked-up Yesterday.  Beautiful gun!

My 97B is a 98 model and it feeds hollow points just fine.It does not feed truncated jacketed SWC at all though.I mainly use the Remington Golden Sabers,Speer Gold dotsFederal hydra shocks and Winchester silver tips,all factory loaded ammo.
I did replace all my mag springs with Wolff XP and run a 16# Wolff recoil spring.

Thanks for that post I have been wondering about that for a while. I have the 16lb recoil spring but not the mag springs. I have not realy tried HPs in my 97 yet though.
