I don't think you're going to get a significantly smoother, better trigger by jswapping parts, alone.
That's going to require a trigger or action job. Folks like Jim Miossi, who participates here, Mike Eagleshield (at CZ-USA,) or Angus Hobdell (see his forums at the top of the CZ Forum) can do it for you.
You can get a lighter trigger by installing lighter hammer spring; that, plus some "wearing in" with dry firing or live fire may be enough to make you happy. Those sprigns are available from Wolff. (I'm not sure, but I think its the same hammer spring as is used in the CZ75B -- others here can confirm or correct that point.)
