Manual Safety left side assembly fell apart.

While i was changing my sites, for some reason my Safety twisted and the piece that clicks the safety into position fell off and the spring got bent. Looking at the exploded part view of the P07 there is no listing for the spring or the flat plastic switch catch.

Has this happen to anyone else?

luckily i had a spare set ( got this to extend the safety level a little.

When my P07 was new, after a couple of days the safety could be turned in a 100 degree arc instead of the few degrees between the "safe" and "fire" positions, as though its limiter was broken. Am not sure that this fault was related, but a local armorer fixed the gun in a few minutes.
