I have looked every where and can not find it. I emailed SOF and asked them which isssue it was in and plan on getting that issue. When I get a chance to read it I will post a review of the review. I would be willing to pay for the article on line and post it but do not think that is legal so I will read it and the best I can let you know what it says Good or Bad.
