Parts interchangability

I am pretty new here, so this may have been covered before.

What are the parts interchangability with a CZ-75/85 and a 97?

I think the sights are the same.  What about the triggers?  Hammers?  Etc.

I have seen hammers for sale that say they fit mist CZs so I think they are interchangeable.

I'm pretty sure many of the parts are interchangeable with the 75B.  But ask Jim Miossi -- he'll probably respond here, soon -- to be sure.  I think he works on both type guns.
