Got a new 97B and did not pay $350 :)

Being a Glocker, I started down the CZ road with some trepidation, first getting a 75B SA.  Good grief...it turns out that I am not a crappy shot after all. I was amazed at the accuracy (but a bit stressed that the gun belched on the aluminum Blazer).

I then sold a Glock 21 to get the CZ 97.  Sadly, I tried to find the best deal, but the best I could do locally was $518+tax, so I opened the checkbook and purchased.  I have only shot Blazer aluminum and Winchester white box (Wal-Mart) so far and it is 100% reliable and a hoot to shoot.  (Now, for the Glock fans, I since replaced the sold G21 with another 2nd gen G21 as I like it also.)

I hope that CZ-itus is not too catchy, but I sure enjoy the two that I have.

Sounds like a pretty solid deal! It is a fun gun to shoot, thats for sure!

I am glad you replaced your 21.

I love both of my big .45s.  The 97 is for fun and range use, the 21 is for carry.

Yup, I just got bit by CZitis.  Now I am waiting for Angus's shipment of DA/SA SP-01s to show up.

Glock 21 is probably my next .45. The CZ 97 feels better to me though. I think the 21 would be a great back pack pistol.
