I just purchased a CZ100B with 2 10 round clips. I tried a CZ75 16 round at Gander MT and it fit and locked. I ordered another 10 round and an 18 round CZ75 clip from CZ USA (cheaper than the Gander's 16). I pulled off all 18 rounds with no problem on the range and only noticed that the slide did not lock open after the last round as it does with the 10 rounders.
