.40 slide on 9mm body?

I know this is possible with a few pistols, but in the CZ 75B can a .40 slide/barrel (upper) be attached to a 9mm frame and have normal functionality?

you definitely can. in the small frame you will be limited to about 15 rounds or so.

Who sells the parts?  CZcustom only has 9mm upper and only in SP01.

That same advert had me wondering about this.  What about using the full-size slide with a compact (PCR) frame?

it might or might not need some fitting. i have a 9mm 75bd and a 75 in 40. one of the slides fits the other gun, but one does not. it's too tight and won't go further back than about far enough to get the slide-stop in.
