Check with PSI they have several models of Novak there, not sure if they are night sights or not.  www.psi.com

I have Novak's Trijicons by Novak. The job was done in their shop and completed in 30 days. Wayne Novak doesn't make a sight for the CZ and therfore the sights had to be custom installed. The finished product is superb but the cost is very high. The bill was about $275 but I am worth it. Regards, Richard

The PCR uses a "Novak" style sight system.  I believe PT nights are pretty close to what you are looking for and I think they are made for the CZ's, check out the CZ SHOP!
As far as I know the Tritium inserts used by Novak are all Trijicon made..I have a pair of Low Mounts w/ Trijicons..nice sights.
