I don't think you'll find any for that price anymore.

That was posted on the day of the school shooting. Now the VZ2008 is $800 and the VZ58 is $1100.

My Czechpoint Sporter (VZ-58) was bought New In  Box in 2019, has used about 3,100 rds. A piece of every used ammo box is kept in a plastic baggy, and they periodically are counted.

Zero issue, so far, with this well-engineered rifle. 8)  I often shoot my Maadi AKM mostly to avoid Ageing the VZ too prematurely-because I stored so much of the ammo over the years.

I can't agree more with the advice given here. I purchased my VZ 58 from Atlantic Arms. They don't last long typically there. You have to be quick. My VZ has become my one of my favorite rifles to shoot at the range.
