Found this listing at $327 on Buds with pic.
http://www.budsgunshop.com/catalog/product_info.php/cPath/21_231/products_id/411552957

Wish I had snagged one of these, then, at that price.

But if you look at this one which is in stock...
http://www.budsgunshop.com/catalog/product_info.php/products_id/88389/SAR+400426+K2+9MM+17RD+3.8IN
and search the model number on EAA's website, it takes you to this...
http://eaacorp.com/portfolio-item/k2-polymer-sarsilmaz/
which looks like the same pistol to me.

Hmmm? Obviously, this bears further scrutiny.

I just purchased a SAR K2P 9mm yesterday...I also have a EAA Witness Full Sized 45ACP with the Wonder finish...

I can not wait to get to my range to test out my SAR K2P 9mm. I emailed EAA yesterday to ask them the same question some of you all have asked about a holster for the K2P 9mm.

They emailed me back this morning and here is what they said:

"Sir,

The Baby Desert Eagle 9mm holsters will fit this model of your gun, the SAR K2P 9mm. We currently do not offer a holster specifically for your gun at this time. Since this gun is just now gaining popularity, companies should start producing molds for your gun.

Thank You,

EAA Corp"

The specs for the Baby Desert Eagle Compact 9mm, look almost like the SAR K2P 9mm and the even look similar. The Baby Eagle has a 3.64" Barrel (K2P 9mm has a 3.8" barrel as well), Baby Eagle has a Length of 7.25" (K2P 9mm has a length of 7.3"), Baby EAGLE has a slide width of 1.125" (K2P 9mm has a slide width of 1.2") and the Baby Eagle has a height of 4.5" (the K2P 9mm has a height of 5.5"). Now the semi-compact Baby Eagle has a height of 5", length of 7.75", barrel length of 3.93" and a slide width of 1.125". So there is some similarities, however its scary to drop $50 on a holster online, only to get it and find out it doesnt work and then I have to turn around and ship it back.

I should have learned my lesson I am having finding holsters for my EAA Witness 45acp full size, however, I fell in love with the SAR K2P...I also feel I got ripped off by my favorite gun shop, I paid $499, which was my fault for not going in educated, but I went in looking for a RUGER SR22 then decided a 9mm would be a better fit for me (6'1" 280#), for a CCW, since my .45 is way to big to CCW all the time, but I figured they were spot on for the price, since looking around at their other pistols while I was in there seemed spot on. Heck, I even got 100 rounds of 9mm Luger ammo from them for $37.

I think my biggest issue with the K2P is the light rail, I'm just not a fan of them. If I had to choose I think I'd go with the B6 compact over the K2P.

I'm not crazy about the Rail either, but I've learned to live with them, and bought one anyways.  I've occasionally daydreamed about taking a Dremel Cutoff Wheel to that Rail, but I'm not going to.

That's kind how I feel about the P-07, only if I had one I probably WOULD take a file to both the light rail and some of the texturing.

Seems to me, it'd be more useful to fill the tracks with JB Weld and then whip out the dremel to contour the whole mess into a smooth, curved appearance.

Just my two cents, though (I like Picatinny rails)

As for the holsters...I'm not sure if I trust buying one for a baby eagle hoping my k2p fits...would it be any holster for a baby eagle? I may just take NY gun to a local dealer and ask to try some different holsters out first.

I found a few on eBay for the baby eagle for $20-$35...but some are molded to fit the eagle so I would think it would not fit the k2p...any thoughts?

A friend bought one of these for a his Beretta 8000, and his SAR K2P fits fine.

(The holster's not "US MADE" as advertised, but made in Turkey)

E-bay Ad says 100% USA Made.  ???  Who knows these days?  ???

I actually have that Holster in my Inventory, as it fits my 9mm Taurus 24/7 Pro.  I will check the fit after I take Delivery of my SAR K2P.
But like I've stated in other threads, I have a fairly good inventory of Holster I can check the fit of on the SAR K2P,
but you will have to be patient till I get the Pistol!

Loved that fact that it ran all my big Cz mags no problem and the trigger is very nice for an entry level pistol.

Which cz mags can you use in this gun and which are cheaper or easier to come across to buy a few extra....the k2p mags or cz mags?
