I am in the quest for a light weight .308 to .309 dia GC cast bullet for the
Tokarev 7.62x25 cartridge in a cz-52 pistol will the .308 #42 & #43 NEI molds
work in that cartridge? I just wanted to drop you guys a line and see if you
had any info before I made a guess at it and wind up with a bullet mold I
can not use. Any info you can give me have would be greatly apperciated.

Thanks Ken
:D

Lee 2-Cavity Bullet Mold 311-93-1R (311 Diameter) 93 Grain 1 Ogive Radius

It's made for Tokarev, Mauser and Luger cartridges.

Interesting choice. When using that one would you have to leave one groove exposed when reloading or can you push it down into the case until both grooves are covered.

Also, wouldn't  311-100-2R be a better choice? It seems perfectly made for this round.

Do you resize them down to .308 or leave them at .311? Lee load books say the bullet should be .308, but others (Sierra, I think) show the bullet as being  .311.

slug the bbl. just use a dowel to drive a cast bullet thru it and add 2to4 ths and that is the size for YOUR gun
