Widener's has some Gold Dot bullets in  stock.  First I've seen since the beginning of this crunch.  In .40, .44 and .45

http://www.wideners.com/itemdetail.cfm?item_id=2089&dir=

And some 5.56 loaded ammo, too.

Berry's Bullets all in stock
« Reply #276 on: December 20, 2013, 06:12:47 PM »
Email from TJ Conevera:
TJ Conevera's, Inc.

All Berrys Bullets are in stock at time of this email.  They are on our homepage.  If you don't see a berrys bullet that you have ordered in the past from us, its because Berrys is no longer making it and there is no timetable for its return.

Also there are a couple limited 308 combos available this weekend only.  They are on our homepage while supplies last.

*Just a heads up that orders shipped out by the post office have been taking a long time to be delivered this holiday season.  Its been taking about 5-14 days to be delivered once it has been shipped.  Some packages don't get scanned by the post office until it gets into its destination state.  The packages do eventually show up so please be patient.

Happy Holidays and thank you for your support over the past year

Black and Blue Bullets has a wide variety of lead, reasonably priced, AND they will moly coat them for you.  It's the same high-tech J&M moly that Bayou Bullets imports from Australia, only Black and Blue offers it in all four colors that the J&M moly comes in: copper red, gold, green, and black.

Anybody buy from them before?

Question - Since S&B primer pockets are typically smaller in diameter, does that mean S&B primers may fit loosely in other brass?

I haven't heard or read anything to that effect.  JLJ posted a comment that he'd heard there was an occasional primer that was hard to seat. http://www.czfirearms.us/index.php?topic=51653.0  S & B makes Magtec primers and I haven't heard anything bad about them, so if I needed some, I'd buy them.  $25/k puts a 5k case at $125.  Add the $27.50 hazmat and, say, $10 for shipping and it comes to $32.50/k.

I know from experience that S&B is tighter in 9mm & .38/.357.
In .45 HRTRS headstamp has .005 smaller primer pocket. I have difficulty reloading the HRTRS but not the S&B
