VZ 61 availability

Is CDNN the only company selling the VZ 61 in the U.S. at present?

My understanding is CDNN bought out the remaining stock from Chezpoint.  In the latest web flyer that I received from CDNN they still have a few in stock, I believe they may only have the nickle frame model left.

I saw their ad too. Not sure I care too much for the look of the nickel frame model.  I was hoping there was another source somewhere, that might have other models.

I don't recall any.

You'll have to go the Gunbroker route.

Thanks!

I did a quick looking around the web and didn't see any places. It's a fun little time waster. I picked mine up from CDNN early last year. They were rather cheap at the time.

In the long run, I do plan to SBR it for the Hell of it.

$599.99

That's not "completely" horrible. I don't recall if the nickel framed ones were more expensive than the others.

I just made an account to jump in on this question, and maybe I'll follow up once I own a CZ pistol.

I just purchased a Skorpion from CDNN, I was told they have 7 or 8 left, all nickel.  In older CDNN ads, it shows the same price for blued or nickel, but the nickel ones were apparently far less produced.  Anyway, after the 14th, one of these babies will run you $712.00 with shipping.  That's before FFL fees, and in my state, 9.5% sales tax.  Hard to swallow that price when I look at old ads at $399.99!  I've wanted one forever, and I already paid for waiting, I imagine they'll only become harder to find.  I hope I love it, because said and done, we're talking $808.00.  Ouch.

Search engines will bring up a few sites advertising them, including Bud's, but through much research, they're all old and outdated ads.

Very nice to see these.  I hope this is not a small batch, but will be around for a while.  Maybe CzechPoint can comment?

Just checked and still in stock. Got mine and I must say...a thing of beauty  ;) Now to move to a state that allows SBR's!

Well, I sold my SP-01 Tactical, and purchased one of these in .32 ACP from CzechPoint.  Very nice.  I don't know if these are new manufacture, or surplus-based, but mine sure looks good.  Now to just get to a range.
