I don't know about Massachusetts but I imagine that wouldn't go over to well for most in the South.

The Fourth Amendment to the U.S. Constitution reads:

The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.

He might want it but consider me very skeptical on the Constitutionality of such a law.

I'm sure the courts in Massachusetts would consider that "reasonable".

Should they start with inspections of criminals' homes first? Or... political correctness is against it?

Oh, they call them 'Mass Holes' everywhere in US too :)

Many good people there trapped behind enemy lines, say a prayer for them as they are living in the San Fransisco of the east.
Just to the north of them is like living in west Germany before the fall of the wall, you always worry they will spill over into your side and the sickness will spread.

Case in point there are rumors we have Scott brown exploring a run for office in NH, as a republican. In most red states he would be a left leaning democrat but in Mass he is a right of center republican.

Anyway, spend a little time on a Mass. based gun forum and it will make you sick and a bit concerned for what is planned for the rest of us.

Wouldn't that be profiling?

"Where's your warrant, flatfoot?" >:(
Sorry, but I believe my house is my castle, and in AZ, it IS. This type of suggestion would never fly past the idiot in question, and he would likely fly out of office next election cycle. Best of luck to MA, and hope you get those idiot laws turned around soon!
