If you fire full power loads in the SP 101 you will appreciate the comfort and control the Hogue grips give you. These are great little guns. The perfect camping companion...at least in the Midwest.

I know the feeling.
Only I put a CZ 75B between them.
Every day I have to decide which one to carry.
Yes, I carry the 97B sometimes! I carry it in a Galco Jak-Slide 228 that I saddle soaped to damp and shaped to fit the 97B.
Yes, I covered the 97B with plastic wrap while the leather dried.
It took some work but was worth it.
When winter comes I will find a under the arm holster for the 97B that will fit nicely under my jacket.
But that is only a short time here in Texas ....maybe two months? Maybe less.
Most winters here require only a sweater or sweat-shirt.
I use the Jak-Slide 202 and 228 for almost everything; Glock 19, FNX-9, Sig P226 MK25, Sig P227, SP-07, 75B, and my Steyr M9-A1.
I feel most comfortable with it under the belt but outside the pants.
Just my opinion.

I've got my eye out for an SP-01 at a price I can afford... It's the gun I've lusted after since I first got into shooting, and I just sold a few other things and freed up some cash, so I figure it's about time that I bite the bullet and get it over with. 

Though I'm intrigued lately by the Steyr L9 and if a crazy deal pops up on one of those before I find an SP-01, I might be tempted.

If the Bren Ten fits, the 97 has to fit in the Galco Miami Classic

I just wish CZ'd would take the plunge and start making the 97 in 10mm

Seriously considering the P-01. Wondering how it's trigger compares to my current P-07, Witness PS, & Sar K2P, and if the decocker operates as smooth as the P-07?

I just ordered a CZ 2075 Rami BD from Grab A Gun. Will post pics when it gets here. I have had one on my want list for a long time and it seems like every time I had the $$ none were available, got lucky today.

I just picked up a S&W Model 10 Police Trade In I got from Bud's.
It has holster ware that gives it charater. Good lock up and timing, the trigger is very nice in both DA & SA.

After playing musical pistols in 9mm, I'm ready for some caliber variety. Waiting on a Ruger SP101. Maybe picking up a Springfield Range Officer afterwards.

Looks like my next handgun will be a 2nd Sar K2 45.

I dabble in making holsters and think I'll make a pair of holsters and some magazine pouches for a "Dual K2" rig (just for fun or BBQs or "the Zombie War").  I have some ostrich on hand but need to look at some other exotic leathers for trim/accents.

I'm thinking 2 each 14 +1, .45's should cover most handgun situations.
