The RAMI is an amazing little gun, and responds exactly like a full size to the normal modifications.

I traded my first SA for one, for the wife to carry, about a year ago and I have finally let her carry it now for about the last month. He, he.

I should be picking up a Ruger Redhawk 4.2" barrel in .44 magnum tomorrow afternoon. This will be my trail gun, as I am planning on doing alot of hiking in the next year.  Pics will be posted.

That trick shot I posted didn't inspire my yen for the 929.  Being a 9mm Luger revolver sparked the interest.  That fact that it seems to shoot pretty well  and comes with nice accesories like a reasonably long bbl and decent sights for comp.  makes it desirable to me.
Maybe even 'behind' that is the yen for the third 9mm---a carbine.  They don't make a 9mm shotgun,  so I guess you can't have everything.

I have shot a couple different sigs lately and keep going back to wanting a different flavor of CZ lol... maybe once I have a tactical sport, a 97B, and a RAMI again I may begin to look at SIGs again. lol ... Though the Sig x5 I shot was a great pistol.

Brother & I went to a Friends of the NRA event last night.

This year we both won pistols (He a Glock 23 / .40 Cal and me a Springfield XD^s in .45 Cal.
Last year he won a pistol (XD-9 SC) and I won two long guns (ISSC Austria MK22 Rifle and a Savage AXIS .308 Win Bolt-Action Rifle with Scope).
So I met my next handgun last night; XD^s in .45 Cal.  I already have a XD-9 SC so I am very familiar with Springfields.
It is not the prettiest gun but it can sure take a lot of abuse and just keep firing away.
The XD^s in .45 Cal will be strictly a CCH when concealment is the first priority.
Going to have to get a Pearce grip extensions to hold the 45 like I do with my 9mm.

And no ....brother isn't going to get "Hood Sights" for his GLock

Quoting myself, here it is.

Picked it up used (barely) from Cabelas in Hamburg, shipped in from Buda, Texas. By the serial number, it is 2014 production. Whoever had it must have put a few cylinders worth through it and decided it wasn't right for himself/herself. I hope it is right for me. Very clean, almost no turn line on the cylinder, just one small scratch on the cylinder. I got it for just under $620. Now I just have to take a loan to feed it.
