My next will be a lightweight .22 for my wife to shoot while she recovers from her wrist injury/surgery.
We've looked at the Ruger 22/45 Lite and the Ruger SR22 - she favored the SR22 (perhaps because it was available in pink *eyeroll*). Anyone have any experience with either as far as reliability and ammo sensitivity is concerned?
I thought it was raspberry, and there's a lilac model too. Oh wait, I shouldn't know that.

Great pinker...I mean plinker, I picked up the threaded version. I've been talking about getting a can for years now. A friend of mine has the standard one, he loves it.
Gunblast does a great review on YouTube. Both my friend and I got the SR22 because it's suppose to spit out what you put in it. That's why I passed on the M&P 22, supposedly it has a lot of ammo failure issues.
22/45 are suppose to be great guns...I'm not a fan of the Buck Rogers space design.
