Made a few extra bucks doing a side job. Access control, burg alarm, and IP camera system install for a local business. Decided to treat myself to a new revolver, S&W 627 Pro Series. It's an 8 shooter 357Mag. Had it out yesterday after work and was hitting a soda can at 50 yards 7 out of 8 with a 158gr SWC loaded to 1100fps on 357 cases.

Nice, 8 rounds of 357Mag. Good looking revolver.

Thank you for the pics.
Will work for CZ pics! (including but not limited to all CZ clones)

I fell in love today! I handled a Kel-Tec KSG at the local gunshop. It's going to be my next gun.

Since the 627 is an N-Frame, it is roughly the same size as a 629, correct?

I got my KSG last month and it's pretty awesome. Had a few feeding hiccups in the beginning but now it runs fine. Saw John Wick last weekend and he used KSG in a scene. Just noticed how he's aiming it like a rocket launcher in the picture  ;D

Scored at Palametto State Armory last week for $499.99
Should be here today according to UPS!

This is probably one of, if not THE best pocket pistol on the planet.  For $500 I think it is.

938 SAS w/ LOK ridgebacks and RTK black aluminum trigger.

 ;D

Get 'choo some flush mags and a Desantis super fly / nemesis.

Gun shoots itty bitty groups @ POA with 124gr ammo.  I was using the warmer GECO stuff and had zero problems.  I was actually in awe of how well it shot.  I highly recommend some FL paste or grease finding it's way into the trigger mech.  It's kinda crappy when you first get it with the plastic trigger.  The grips weren't grippy enough out of the box either.  LOK's ridgebacks are like holding dull razor blades.  They don't hurt, but the gun won't move.  I can't say enough about how good this gun is.

As for me, I'd like a 'surpy 75B to strip down and possibly go pretty hard with the SA.  Keep watching Coles waiting for more to pop.  After dumping about $1k on the P-01 between the gun and the parts from CGW.  I want something I can build up.  That doesn't start at $600... + $350-400 in upgrades...

I'm thinking about something in .45 ACP.  Currently leaning towards the 97BD.

I'm jealous.

Keanu Reeves looks like a tool holding that gun.

Even though every pistol I have is 9mm, I too am thinking about possibly getting something in .45 ACP. Thinking my direction will be the PX4 D to go along with my 9mm variant.

The 97 series does not disappoint those looking for an accurate, soft shooting .45.
I find my 97BD and the SP01 Tactical to be quite similar in shooting feel and performance.
Try to shoot a 97 along with your other .45 options. I think you will be impressed with how controllable a .45 can be.

Waiting on a CZ 75 SA. Feel like a little kid waiting for Christmas morning. Every time the phone rings I hope its the FFL.
