Picked her up yesterday. More on this latter with some range picks.

VERY very Nice!
I have always wanted one, but it came down to the 97 or the TS and with as many 9's as I have the 97 won.  THIS TIME.

I may have found a cure for my RAMI-itis (or it will cause me to want a whole stable full of RAMIs).

Is that in 9 or 40? I really want one, like really really really want one. Although I am not sure what role it would hold for me.

I was in a quandary over my next pistol until I happened across a 75 on a facebook BST group last week.  I was wanting a 07 or 75, but needed a G40.

So now that I found a 75 my next is supposed to be a G40, I need a 10mm before next hunting season as my woods gun.  I sold my old g20 because I didn't reload at the time (5 years back) but now I'm ready, I have brass and dies all I need is a gun.

Of course that could change if anything comes around at a deal I can't resist...

Wahoo1 again

Looks like next up will be a 9mm SP01 Tactical. I have a chance to get a new one delivered for $600.

It is in 9mm. The few hundred rounds i have put through it so far have felt like cheating due to the overall weight and the crisp 2lb trigger out of the box. I also do not currently reload or shoot any pistols in 40 S&W. The California models do not pop up too often around here. Availability figured into my decision to pick one up as well. It is possible that i will find more love or a use for 40 in time. I plan on picking up a slide in 40 down the road for use on a few of my 9mm CZ75 frames so i can experiment and learn more about the caliber.

What is the role of the gun, or its intended purpose by cz? Is it a limited or open class gun? What is the overall weight like? Did you keep those sights. or are you putting target sights/reflex sights on?

Due to my total lack of experience with any kind of competition i cannot answer some of your questions. I have heard some folks like them for steel challenge? The CZ USA site says "Built from the ground up for IPSC competition". The total weight is 2.83 lbs -vs- an SP-01
2.400 lbs. I installed a CZC FO front sight before i shot it. The stock front was a flat black post. I like the stock rear sight, though it could be a bit deeper. The role of the TS for me is that it told me to buy it, in the end i just do what the CZ's tell me. I am working on post about the mechanical differences of the TS and other CZ models. You should see it in the next few days on the forums.

I look forward to it. I didnt know there would be a mechanical difference aside from the single action only.

Mine won't be quite that pretty (and that Copperhead is a real beauty), but it will be the decocker model I am most interested in.

Came home today - a 2014 production, LNIB RAMI BD in black polycoat.
