My interest is piqued.   ;)

Going to be a great pairing with my new Henry Steel frame Big Boy in 45Colt.

My Dad just passed along this H&R Premier 22 Rimfire to me. He bought it from an old Navy buddy who needed some money back in the early 60's. I think he paid less than $10 for it. It is patent dated Oct. 8, 1895. From what I have read, it could have been manufactured anywhere from 1905 to 1941. It's a bit rough, and the hand-to-ejector star interface is screwed up, so the cylinder doesn't always rotate properly. I will be trying to locate parts to get it fixed up and shootable.

P.S.- he also gave me a partial box of 22 Shorts marked at $0.95, purchased from Boscovs, probably in the early/mid 70's.

Congrats Rock-it. It's always nice to get those family hand downs. I hope you can get her fixed up. That's a nice old pistol there[emoji6]

Went the cheap route today and got a Taurus 709 Slim for $215 shipped. Apparently it got a very good review in one of the rags so we'll see.

Three new kids I gotta feed....

Scored my second (old but NIB) CZ 100. Paid a lil' more than I probably should've @ $425, but I couldn't let it get away, being that they are so highly sought after. ROTFLMAO! [emoji57]

Also picked up a LNIB Gen 4 Glock 19 from a vendor in New York that came with 3-10 rd mags, three finger rest Pearce extensions, installed Mepros and Talon grips, and an extra recoil spring/guide rod for $450.

Finally, snagged a new P250C with Mepros from Bud's for $443, then swapped the FCG into the Compact Small grip module I snagged a while back.

Identical to my other one and, every other one I've handled. Actually seems to have a little less overtavel, but that could be due to being brand new also.

Congrats on the new kids!  8)  Particularly, the Cz100!
Thank you!

I have one of those and it's been great, so far.  That said, I am more inclined to carry it's larger sibling, an older Taurus Gen 3 PT111.
There are times, I can't conceal the slightly thicker PT111 though.

Size Comparison of Taurus PT111 to Taurus PT709. Both in 9mm

Just picked up the latest edition to my Old Dog collection. A FEG Hi-Power clone from AIM Surplus, listed as Israeli law enforcement trade in.
The others are a Beretta 92S Italian Police trade in, a CZ83 Israeli trade in, a Smith & Wesson Model 10 Victoria Australia Police Arsenal trade, and a Glock 23 police trade.

Nice buys.
I got one of the BHP only the one I got had been Parkerized. I put a Hogue rubber grip on it (with the finger grooves) and I really like it.
Before the Hogue the hammer was biting my hand. With them it doesn't.  I guess it doesn't slide around in my hand anymore.
Either way I am pleased.

Did not see this topic.
Last April it would have been my CZ-82 & EG Makarov in the same deal, then a Bulgy followed by the Russian Mak in .380 Auto.
Recently a pair of Polish P-83s. No idea how to post photos.

My next handgun might be a CZ-83. :)
oreocat: those are superb photos of yours.

My next long term project is a CZ75 compact long slide, AKA Shadow Compact. I jusst to find a old used compact host first and start making modifications on it. I am very excited, but finding an old used compact frame or surplus compact is proving to be difficult.
snakeye, no worries, I don't need someone in a leotard. :)
