My 'next' one was suppose to be a CZ 75 SA but it became a CZ 75 Shadow Tac II instead.

Picking up a Dan Wesson 15-2 with 4 and 6 inch barrels this afternoon. Now I need to find  2 1/2 and 8 inch barrel sets.

Picked up my DW 15-2 around noon, stopped at a local range and  ran 50 rounds of mixed 38 Special and 50 mixed of 357 Mag through the revolver. I'm very happy with the accuracy with the 4 inch barrel and OK with the 6 inch. The 4 inch shot best groups with 125gr SJHP 357 ammo (Federal 357B) and worst with 180gr Keith style 357 hand loads. The 6 inch did best with 158gr LSWC 38 Special hand loads and worst with 125gr SJHP 357 (Federal 357B). The 6 inch did fairly well with 180gr Keith style 357 ammo, but didn't seem to like lighter bullet 357 and 38 Special loads. I need to try some of my 140gr hunting loads out of the 6 inch barrel.

Not too bad for a $425 revolver.

Picked up a S&W .22 Victory pistol at the local show over the weekend.

Sweet little gun and fits right in my .22 rotation with the MKII and the Buckmark.

And yes, I have already tuned up the trigger and installed a red dot on the factory provided pic rail!

Need to go drive some tacks now! O0

I just inherited a S&W M&P pre model 10 from my grandfather - the serial number shows that its a 1904 model - the gunsmith I took it to for a once over confirmed the model year

This was my grandfather sidearm when he was a police officer just after returning from WW 2 -

I will post some pictures when I have a few extra minutes

My next will likely be an Urban Grey suppressor ready P-07. Looking forward to returning to DA/SA for carry after my sabbatical in striker-fired HK land.

Well, for once I was right :)

That is beautiful revolver.

Iput a deposit on stainless steel fixed barrel Dan Wesson, and I'd love to have a grip like that.

I first fired a 1911 back in 2007; it was the third gun I'd ever tried and the first I actually wanted.  Yesterday, I finally picked up my first one.

 ;D

Funny thing is that after shooting a double-stack 45 for so long, this still feels really small.  Even with the thicker rubber grips, it feels about as wide as my SP-01.

That thing is deadly whether shooting or pistol whipping.

SP01 is my most recent pistol and second CZ.  Odd little coincidence.  Their test fire targets are exactly one year apart.

Next, I would like to add a Sig 226, a Browning Hi Power, or a  Ruger GP100.
