Snagged a Stoeger Cougar 8000 LT in a trade, and saw a great deal on a Beretta Cougar 8000 D at one of my LGS's, so onto layaway it went!

Those are very good guns, nice, weighty, almost no recoil, especially in 9mm. Just keep in mind, the barrel can be a tad fiddly with reassembly, but its pretty easy to pick up after doing it a couple times, and switching the mag release can be a real pain (If you're a lefty, like me.). I used to own one, but my dad grew rather fond of it after shooting it, and I decided to give it to him as a birthday present.
