I'd really like to get the FK BRNO Field Pistol (7.5 FK, ~.30) which will be available in the US in January 2017.

It's not a CZ but it is made in the Czech Republic.

I picked up a Glock 22 to fire some of this .40 I had sitting around.  After trying a 75b in .40 and a P-06 I think I found a good .40 gun to shoot.  It's definitely different but a local PO had his personal one up for sale and I bought.  Mint condition too.

Well, I got my new "next gun". I fell back to my roots. Did some trading and wound up with something I am scared of! In practical terms, it is everything I hate! In real terms, it is everything I love! It is blued. It is SA. It only holds 7 rds. It is a safe queen, almost! It is the ultimate pistol for my generation.

Some may have guessed by now, but yes, it is a 1975 vintage Colt Gold Cup National Match 45ACP in immaculate condition that begs to be run like the race horse it is. I doubt it has seen 100 rds through it.

It is lightly sprung, so I gotta find some ammo for it or get a standard recoil spring, but I do intend to run it like it was built for, at least occasionally. O0

Wow, what a catch!  Congrats on finding such a great old pistol.  If I had one, I would probably shoot it AND clean it.

Ordered a Witness Match in 45 and can't wait! Wish I knew about these a while back when they were on sale for $500~

To many Stainless, not enough in Colt Blue out there


My Delta Gold Cup isn't stock.....but it is blued

WoW, that is awesome. I never knew they made all that for them.

Mine did not come with a factory mag, so I ordered one stainless pony.

There are a number of things I dislike about mine as in lack of ambi safety, tang hammer and grip safety, plain black front sight that is pinned I guess. It adds up fast so I think I will just leave it in its virgin state. I already have a range queen in a polished stainless CZ75 fully tricked out.
