  I have two incoming this week. I traded a Bersa Thunder 9 Pro (the big 17 round service model) to my local gun shop for a new Ruger American Pistol Compact. Then this weekend I came across a RM380 online for $284.95, after the $35 rebate from Remington and paying the FFL fee I'll only be $275 out of pocket so I'll give it a try.

I've heard good things about the RM380 but horrible things about service.  I hope you have a good to go out of the box copy.

I saw a used P232 last weekend in a local shop, priced over $900.

Ouch!!!! Mine wasn't anywhere near that, or else I wouldn't have gotten it. I did see a nice, used P230 SL w/2 mags and case at the Fort Oglethorpe, GA Cabela's a few days ago for $419 before tax & shipping (or transfer).

I was much more tempted by the nickel finish Mauser HSc .380 ($375, IIRC)

Going to do what I swore I would never do, which is get yet another Glock. This will be number eight that I will have had and I swear, I'm going to keep this one LMFAO. What can I say, besides CZ and Beretta, they are actually one of my favorite pistols regardless of my love/hate relationship with them!

Going to get another Gen 4 19, have a double undercut done, the extended slide release, add Tru Glo TFX Pro sights, and swap out the serrated trigger for a smooth face one from the full-size models along with changing out the guts to a 3 1/2 pound connector with the NY1 8 pound trigger spring. Just haven't decided if I'm going to keep the finger grooves, partially reduce them, or remove them altogether?
