First outing with my CZ75 SA
« on: January 04, 2014, 12:07:19 PM »
Wow. All I can say is wow.

I was mega impressed with this thing. Groups were sick at 10 yards.

Shot a bit high at that distances (compared to my Glocks/Walthers), so it took a mag or two to get it dialed in on the bullseye, but I'm a believer now. At 7 yards, 4 of 5 shots were touching holes.

I had one failure to go into battery midway through the 3rd mag, but I attribute that to being a new, tight firearm and magazine. Was fine for 150rds after that.

Sadly, I didn't stop for any photos. I was too excited to be shooting it! Next time.

I'm with Den. I enjoy this pistol more than anything else I shoot. In fact, I plan to get a second for SD. Mine is tricked out with a CZ Custom Comp hammer and all of CGW's modifications and it is a bit too "light" for SD. Great gun, great price. Enjoy it, it only gets better!

Yep, a SA 75B is hard to beat.  Range session sounds great!  Have fun.

Yep, I'm loving this thing.

I much prefer the single action trigger. What smaller CZ's can be converted to SAO?

They are amazing guns! is yours .40 s&w or 9mm? My .40 shoots beautifully and has work on it from CZ Custom.

Mine is a 9mm.

My wife also enjoys shooting but doesn't care for 40s&w, so I keep only 9mm weapons in the house, so she's comfortable with all of them.

Its a CZ Bug. I've had a lot of guns but after getting my first CZ75 I've got rid of all my pistols and replaced them with CZs.
