The standard CZ75 cannot compete with the SP01 as far as ergonomics so that is something to keep in mind.
As Stuart said, I believe "ergonomics" is relative to each individual shooter.
I have a worked 75B, a 75 Shadow Custom and my son has the SPO1 Shadow with the Comp hammer. I bought the 75 Shadow Custom LAST to get the pistol that best suits ME.
I can shoot all three adequately (for an old guy

), but liked the 75B for big target transitions. I can draw and shoot the lighter front-end gun just very slightly faster, but I have short fingers and a smallish strong hand. I also like my son's SPO1 Shadow for multiple shots on one target--like gongs. As Stuart said, recoil springs can be adjusted to get "similar" results with the lighter front-end pistol.
I got the 75 Shadow as MY compromise, and it worked. It has the full length guide steel rod and heavier bbl, but not the weight of the tac-rail and full dustcover. The balance is not as far forward. I prefer this pistol over the other two for all-around shooting.
All these statements were started with "I, ME, MY or similar"; and that's the bottom line. Every shooter will have their own personal preferences.
They are ALL potentially great shooting pistols.
