PCR v. Hybrid?????

OK.....this may seem like a stupid question, but here goes.  I have a PCR...I LOVE IT!!!...but what is the difference between a regular PCR and a Hybrid?  And...how can I tell which one I have.  Please pardon my ignorance.

If I am not mistaken, the Hybrid has the P-01 frame (full length with accessory rail) and the P-01 trigger, but everything else is the same as the original PCR.  The slide says "75 D Compact", as well, instead of "P-01".

Correct me if I'm wrong guys.

I have the "hybrid" and tetchaje is correct. However, the frame seems to be slightly less bulgy right at the barrel end compared to the photo of the P-01, maybe that's just the photo angle from CZ. My hybrid is a very handsome gun.

The frame otherwise looks just like the P-01, with frame and tactical rails extending to the end of the slide. The trigger is much more ergonomic than the 75's.

The slide says "CZ 75 D Compact", and looks like the PCR slide. The barrel is blued. There is a loaded chamber indicator. The sights are like the PCR, they are kind of "novak" looking.

The full length frame on the Hybrid is the PO1 frame....they only made the two alloy frames, PCR and PO1.  The trigger is PO1 and the rest of the parts are PCR...Mind you, from sources @ CZ, the only real difference in the PO1 and PCR internals are much tighter machining tolerances and smoother surface finish.....What that means is the PO1 internals would fit into a PCR...hmmm.

Hi,

I'm owner of P-01, I hope
The gun looks exactly like P-01 in CZ-USA website.
It has full length frame with accessory rail. Trigger is curved
and not serrated. There's no loaded chamber indicator.
Sight are plain, no "Novak type".
But.... the slide says "75 D Compact" and original CZ box says
"75 D Compact Black Polymer".
Second but...  Gun is wonderful. Good CZ work, fits my hand and has splendid accuracy.
