Cajun Gun Works Tri-plex trigger system
« on: September 05, 2014, 10:55:40 AM »

Cajun Gun Works Tri-plex trigger system.

What is the above and where can I learn more about this. Must be some where on the CGW site, I must have over looked it.

How would the Tri-plex system function in a CZ 75 C (steel Compact) and might it be better for range/shooting sports than SD?

David @ GCW is the man to talk to. But this explains the tri plex. Bottom of page. http://www.cajungunworks.com/cz_pistol_upgrade_services.html I just have the SRS1 and type 2 disco in my Rami and Phantom and IMHO it's the best of both worlds. Call David. He'll talk with you and help you get to where you want to be.

No one on this site has the CGW's Pro Package w/ Triplex trigger system?

Tried a Google search and came-up with nada, zip, very difficult to believe.

I bought a P-01 from CGW earlier this year.  At the time David told me he was throwing everything he had in the shop into it.  I don't know if it was called Tri Plex at the time, but I know I have the RRK and SRS, which requires a new disconnector (I believe).  I love my P-01, it'll out shoot anything I have right now.

I really want a matching PCR, but it might have to wait until 2015.

Thanks Tex-Southpaw, this is just about what I paid for the pistol. Also, not sure about the resale value. I can understand a professional needing and wanting it.

Firefly,

The TriPlex is a 3 tiered trigger system:

* Reach Reduction System with 85C trigger
* Short Reset System
* Hybrid disconnector that stops the trigger at the point of short reset

These 3 things combined make for a superb CZ trigger mechanism.   Short, positive, predictable, plus effortless double taps if you want.

Sean1,Lucky guy!

And how do you "like" it?  Would this be for a competition pistol, all around do everything (HD, SD, what ever)?

Can you post some pictures, location of trigger...

Thanks, good luck with selling the CZ grips

Here's my P-01.  I shot this for another question on the forum.  The size should be similar to your CZ Compact.

Video shows SA position and DA position at half cock.  Hope it helps.

I have several guns with all the CGW goodies.  The last few include the triplex trigger system.  It is suitable for any use you have in mind.  The only "problem" I have run into with Cajunized guns is that after you shoot one all other triggers pale in comparison.  Now, I really don't like shooting anything else.
