You might consider shooting it a BUNCH, and/or dry firing it with a o-ring to smooth the pull. While modern 75 series pistols often DO NOT have the smoothest pull, the pull can be made very nice with work - then you don't have to put on weak springs. Keep in mind that weaker hammer springs will increase slide velocities and wear to the gun. You can increase recoil spring in concert, but that puts more velocity in the return stroke, and more wear. Likely NOT an issue for most, but it has that effect.
