Went to the range for the first time with my SP01 today.

Shot perfect for the first 100 rds (Fiocchi and Black Hills).

Switched to 2 boxes of American Eagle for the next 100.

First shot of AE had a FTE and then a FTF on the next 2 rounds.

After clearing them and reloading them it was flawless for 100 more rounds. However the last round in each mag would fly straight up and back, usually right down my shirt collar (aiiieeeee it burns it burns!).

Mag was standard factory 10 rounders.

Any advice?

I had the same basic issue.  Put a Wolffe 13lb spring in it....no more issues.
