Both on different VZs
The SA Vzor 58V (para w/wire folding stock - VZ2008 variant clone) was evidently originally designed and angled for use of iron sights. Makes sense to me to be angled.
Let me over think this for ya.
Fit to function (angle, pull length, etc.) depends on things such as:
~type of optic(s) you are/will be utilizing
~front rail layout and height of lasers/lights
~personal preference (i.e.: line of sight, check weld, etc.)
~field of use and gear (t-shirt, heavy winter coats, plate carrier/vest, being a fat bastard like me)
~the angle of the dangle is directly proportional to the heat of... wait never mind.
I just cut the weld on a CSA VZ58 Pistol back plate and swivel last night and fit up a Stormwerkz straight back adapter which strangely does not line up straight in line with the receiver on the top and bottom and still appears to have a slight downward cant. WTH?
