That's a good question. That model seems short enough that the front of the objective may not touch the rear tangent sights if you move the scope as far back as possible (should still have enough eye relief), but the medium height rings may mean part of the rear tangent sight will be visible through the scope. Of course, length of the scope is a non-issue if you'll be removing the rear sights anyway.
Another consideration is the bolt as it seems I need quite a bit of clearance with my scope (Nikon Prostaff) which has a larger eyepiece diameter than the Leupold model above, so I had to go with a high height set of rings. (I picked a see-thru model to be able to use the iron sights as well since I had to get a high height set of rings anyway.) In your case, just eyeballing it of course, it looks like you'll be okay with medium height rings overall.
