10 yds with the new 1911
« on: June 02, 2015, 12:58:54 PM »
2nd day range report for the pistol. its a bit different than the CZ . but its a short learning curve. after replacing the front FO rod[with orange] bought 2/10rnd Wilson combat mags and adjusted the rear sight a smidge and the 10 yds I shot at today were OK. the upper right circle was the sight adjustment period. cocobolo half checkered grips are in my near future

I?ve got a RIA as an addition to my Shadow as well - sweet shooters. Mine is a .45 Tactical with rail & VZ grips and was spot on right from the factory. The bigger holes of the .45 compared to the 9 mm are nice in competition  ;)
Oldschool motorbike, oldschool gun - I wouldn´t want it any other way
