Your trainer wears jaguar skin for your workouts? P?kn?.  ;-)

One of the sales reps at the Prague store said it was originally designed for the Asian (SE?) market for varmint control and small game where there's a preference for these longer barrels. The catalog says it's based on the 455 Standard but has the six groove twist of the 452 Ultra Lux.

According to the specs in Mr A's link it has a 28" barrel.

So the 455 Jaguar is the modern 452 Ultra Lux?  ie 28" barrel fixed sight target model?

Beautiful but muzzle heavy. Not balanced as the LUX

It doesn't have the "Jaguar" engraved in the side or claw-tear checkering at the pistol grip.  The action, barrel, etc all seem to be the same, however.

I've got a 455 UL on layaway at work.
