First 82 misfeeds: one Tula and one Wolf.

We realize the reputation of Tula ammo, although Wolf tends to be better

After about 400 rds. total, all fmj (about half S&B, half Russian)  in this gun which shows very little wear, it was a bit of a surprise.
The magazine came with the gun,  has the crossed swords.

The surprise came after not reading about/remembering any other incidents of stovepipe jams in other 82s.
But maybe Any chambering of Tula could eventually malfunction in a semi-auto handgun?

The point of your post is unclear, but I would suspect the ammo or magazine as the cause of a misfeed. the gun would be more consistent if it were the cause.

I was gonna suggest a mag issue, weak springs perhaps?

Only time my cz82 ever had a misfeed was when a buddy of mine was shooting it. He was a new shooter and was limp wristing it.

I've tried to intentionally cause a misfeed by limp wristing but couldn't do it.

The gun has very little wear, and was barely used by the late-brother of the seller. He was just a collector.

knoxy: when the handgun bug bit two years ago, the possible limp-wristing quickly stopped. But maybe a slightly relaxed hold combined with Tula could cause it.

SMSgt: this is why it was a surprise- no misfeeds yet in any of my three Makarovs or Polish P-83 with the same hold/grip, mostly Tula or Wolf ammo in each of them.

After 400 rounds, it could just need a little cleaning.
If the malfunctions were with the same number of rounds left in the magazine, then the mag needs cleaning, too...or a new mag spring, possible follower.
My bet is it isn't the gun's fault NOR the ammo...comm block pistols just gobble up anything reliably. But, even the original factory mags can wear and need a little TLC.
Could be a bad lot of the Russian ammo, but that's rare, indeed...they produce reliable, if sometimes dirty, ammo.

Tula is often reported to be less reliable than Wolf, but can't remember which gun chamberings were discussed.
