CZ 455, 22 mag, 10 round magazine.

CZ 455, 22 mag 10 round clip.  I just received a new 10 round mag today. And it don't work right. The clip slops forward allowing the bolt to miss the back of the rim and catches the round mid way up. damaging/denting the case. Has anyone else experienced this?  Is there a quick fix or is this 10 round mag defective? Is this common on the 10 round?  The 5 round mag does not hardly move at all.

All my 10 round WMR mags fit really snug in my 455 and 512.  It's the plastic mag?

Something's not locking up right.

yes. the package says " Mag 455/512 - 22WMR  10 rd poly. "   part # 12011

its a CZ  factory part.  Comparing the upper 1/2 with the 5 round mag, they look identical.
It has me kinda puzzled.

After really having a chance to look closely at both the 5 and 10 round mags. The 10 round seems to have too much material removed just below the latch groove. The 5 round has a longer flat spot that locks it in tight to the mag well and prevents it from moving back and forth. . This same area on the 10 round, does not have such a long flat area, thus allowing the 10 round mag to rock back and forth in the mag well.  It just looks like a manufacturer oversight.  I will just see if I can send it back for a trade on a 5 round for an extra..
