P-01 FTF

Well, this is a first for me.
I had already put about 350 rounds through my new P-01 over the last several weeks.
Last week at the range I had several, (4), Failure to Feeds in two different magazines. I was using S&B 9mm Sellier & Bellot, FMJ 115 grs.
The pistol was recently thoroughly cleaned and lubed. The spent casing ejected fine but the incoming round stuck at the throat.
This caused me great concern because it is my new favorite Concealed Carry.

I was reading the archives and noticed things like polishing the throat, not fully loading the magazine, etc.; but those posts were pretty dated.
Anyone have some recent experience with this and and current suggestions?

I'm currently dealing with this issue now on a new SDP.
Only does it about 1 in 200 rounds, so trouble-shooting it is a slow process.
Can't pin it to anything specific yet.
Happens clean or dirty.
I never shoot reloads.
American Eagle, Lawman, Winchester, Blazer Brass, IMI. IMI is the worst so ammo dimension must contribute to the problem.
Happens with mags full or under loaded.
Problem first started when every now and then failure to go into battery on 1st round out of mag.
Now starting to see failure to feed mid mag.

I see this mentioned often enough that it must be a quirk in the CZ line.
However, it seems infrequent enough that I'm doubtful there's a known fix.

Would a stronger recoil spring do anything in this regard? I ask because I don't know

Limp wristing will do that.

I concur with Copemech that this sounds more like an operator error situation than a mechanical issue with the gun.

Check your form and see if you are limp wristing the gun at all.

Going to polish ramp really really smooth.

Your FTF is non-descript and it would be helpful if there were a more detailed description.  There is no quirk in the CZ line, the main variable is ammo type, ammo consistency, and proper recoil spring selection.

With better info, your issue can be diagnosed.

I polished the ramp really really smooth; like reflection in a mirror smooth.
Put 200 rounds through the gun.
Did all the usual cleaning too.
No FTF. Must have been a burr or a ridge catching the S&B shells.
