Good News!  We will have our initial order of heavy barrel bushings in on 1-19-16.  After we install a few dozen in the shop to verify everything is perfect, we'll be offering these on our website.

CZ heavy barrel OD is .550" - .5505", and our bushing ID is .552".  So these should lock up that muzzle perfectly.

Sorry I'm new to some of the technical stuff but will this work with a Tactical Sport (9 or 40)?

Thanks!

What is the cost of these barrel bushings?

Great idea at a great price, but it's not production legal.

The accu shadow production legal is...

Which models are the heavy barrels?  I assume a 75B in .40 would be one, yes?  If so, I have the perfect patient for this.  ;D

Birds, the heavy barrel OD is .550.  The slim barrel OD is .500.  Break out the calipers. ;)

Why would it not be legal? If it is assembled the same as OEM, looks the same as OEM who will say it's not OEM? Same as if you change springs, mag brake, sear, hammer, etc. Just curious?

It doesn't look the same as OEM, and it's an external modification.  But this was never promoted as a USPSA production division mod, though, so it's a non-issue.

Exactly what ID said^^^^^.
It's not USPSA production division legal.   It's probably legal in open class,  where you would be greatly outgunned regardless of accuracy.

Just an example:  with a CZ 75B,   CGW's great short reach trigger mod  is not production legal because of the tiny reset adjust screw added to the trigger.

Since  heavy barrel 9mm and the .40 barrel OD is the same, can you put a .40 barrel into a 9mm SP-01 Shadow?

I assume that the 9mm breach face of the slide would be the issue there.
