p-01 Decocker lever question

Is the decocker lever supposed to move up and down when the trigger is pulled?  Seems like mine has some vertical movement when I pull the trigger.  Just wanted to know if this was normal.

I looked at mine and didn't notice any movement.  When you say seems like it moves are you saying it does indeed move or you can't tell? - Bodene

A bit of movement is not uncommon.

On both the safety and decocker model CZ, the shaft of the decocker/safety go rite into the sear cage. CZ sear cages can have a bit of movement inside the frame depending on the pistol. So when the trigger is pulled the sear cage can move and the lever goes along with it.

Tok36's explanation is right on the money however; when checking my pistols I could not see any movement at all from the external controls.

There is definite movement in the controls as I pull the trigger.

I see a tiny tiny bit of movement on mine.  You can see it more when pulling the trigger in SA

Sounds just like mine.  I won't worry then. 
CZ USA has also confirmed that this is completely normal.
