Why no factory threaded .17's
« on: December 11, 2015, 10:14:31 PM »
It baffles me that cz doesn't make a factory threaded .17 hmr.  My favorite rifle I own is my 455 American profile I had cut to 16" and threaded.  With my can it is my favorite rifle.

They do. While looking at a new cz455 syn. American a few months ago, I noticed that every single one they had was threaded. Those were all 17's. The .22 I ended up buying elsewhere is also threaded. Since silencers have become legal over here, it seems that they only import ready to go rifles  :D

The shortened, suppressed .17HMR is the most awesome rimfire yet conceived.

It would be nice to see a factory offering as such.

Some will die in hot pursuit in fiery auto crashes.
Some will die in hot pursuit while sifting through my ashes.
Some will fall in love with life, and drink it from a fountain, that's pouring like an avalanche coming down the mountain.
