They are interchangeable but the PCR uses a unique rear sight. Meaning, it's a standard cz dovetail cut but the slide on the PCR is cut out a tad in front of the site to use the low profile sights that it comes with.
You can put P01 or other cz sights on but the rear will show where the slide has been cut. It bothers some people but not others
