price check on a used cz 83 and a new cz 83
« on: August 24, 2002, 01:23:02 PM »
I have found a blued cz 83 in 380 that is used but basically new for $260.Is that a good price?I would much rather have a new gun,and was thinking of having one ordered in satin nickle. What is a price for a new one? What company has the best price? Finally,is there any diference in the accuracy of a 380 cz 83 and a 9+18 cz 83?

Honestly, given the 83's gaining popularity, this isnt a bad price on a nice one.  Id give it some serious thought.
Accuracy is great on both guns...Id have to give my .380 a slight...very slight advantage over my Mak.
Shoot well

Guys, should I get the nickle finish or the blued?I have a cz 75 compact in nickle and I like it.I was curious if the cz 83 nickle is the same quality. Also,I found one brand new on the net for $319 + shipping. Is that a good price?

For my curiosity and the fact I am also considering getting the 83 very soon, do you mind elaborating on why the .380 has the slight advantage over the Mak?

Thanks!
