I'll have to get one in case my 31 year old TRS fails. Really!

We received the center rollers today that ride on the trigger pin.

The spring clips will ship out on 5-16-16.  We only have the extension spring to finalize and this will not take much time.

Almost there.

Excellent!  I'm in for two maybe three kits.  Especially if you can tune the trigger pull weight with various combinations of different weight springs.  Is that still the plan?

Cheers,
Toby

Saw this on your website today:

https://cajungunworks.com/product/75321/

Any word on whether we will be able to tune the trigger pull weight with this system?  Can you run only one spring?  Will you have different spring rates available?

Cheers,
Toby

Springs are funny things.  Our engineer says an increase in a springs wire size of just a few thousands can dramatically affect the life of the spring.  Some thing with the total wire OD, an increase from .095 to .105 (for instance) can deliver an unlimited life span or one that is very limited.

So initially we will only offer it with the springs we know will be reliable.  Different springs may come later.

We should have the springs in mid-end of August, the last part we need.  We have the SS spring clips and trigger pin sleeves already.  We spent a lot of time developing the spring to ensure longevity.

I've got a 6SAO trigger, barrel bushing, and extended safety sitting in my cart waiting for these to become available before purchase. Already have a lot of your other products. Can't wait!

Edit: Never mind, I decided couldn't wait and just ordered everything in my cart.  :P

My TRS broke yesterday at a local match and didn't have a extra. Looking forward to this.

Last word I heard was he was having issues with the springs. I hope he gets things worked out, but if he is not satisfied with it, you will never see it sold.

Personally, I think rubber bands would be easier! O0

I'm anxious to see it too.
I'm hoping when he gets it juuuust right,  he'll have time to invent a shaped washer to go under the trigger bar screw with two small downward legs that fit  inside the trigger bar spring legs.  This washer can't turn because of it's shape and can't compress the springs because of the two short support legs.   A common problem area. O0
I would suspect 100% demand for a functional way to be able to tighten the screw without affecting the springs below it.  Pipe dream?
