CZ 452 Lux swivels replacement

I wanted to ask the forum members if there is way to replace the swivel of the CZ 452 with a wider one. The sling I wanted to use does not fit through the opening of the swivel.
Any idea ?

Many use Uncle Mike's. They report that you have to run a drill bit through the hole for them to fit.
